I scaled SmartKargo, our proprietary software managing cargo bookings and tracking, to support a jump from 35 to 78 flights a day in Mumbai. I worked hands-on with Java, Python, and databases to deliver critical data to top execs and maintained custumer satisfaction while ensuring timely delivery of 12,000 tonnes of cargo monthly.
